Feeder

- High-quality feeder with 4 lifting suckers for lifting the paper and 4 forwarding suckers for transferring the sheet, ensuring fast and stable sheet feeding. The height and angle of the suckers are easily adjustable so that sheets are transferred evenly. - Mechanical double-sheet detection, a sheet-delay control device and an adjustable air fan ensure reliable and precise sheet transport. - Becker compressor - Motorized lateral pile shift for precise loading - A perfectly formed stack of sheets can be built on pallets that move on rails and allow pre-stacking. This creates an important prerequisite for trouble-free production, and the operator can move the prepared stack precisely and conveniently into the feeder. (Max. stack height is up to 1,600 mm). - A single-position engagement of the pneumatically controlled mechanical clutch ensures that after every machine restart, the first sheet is always accurately loaded onto the front stops, for easy, time-saving and material-saving setup. - The side stops can be switched between pulling and pushing mode (as pull and push stops) on both sides of the machine simply by turning a pin, without needing to mount or remove any additional parts. This ensures flexibility when processing a wide range of materials, regardless of whether the register marks are on the left or right side of the sheet. - The side and front stops are equipped with precise optical sensors that detect black color and plastic sheets. The sensitivity of the sensors can be adjusted. - Optical sensors with an automatic stop system on the feed table allow the monitoring system to be optimized for comprehensive quality control across the full sheet width and in case of sheet jams. - The control panel on the feeder, used for easier control of the feeding process, is equipped with an LED display. - Separate drive control for the main pile and the auxiliary pile. - PLC and an electronic cam for timing control. - A foreign-object protection device can prevent damage to the machine. - Japan Nitta conveyor belt on the feeder with adjustable speed.

Die-cutting unit

- Pneumatic locking system facilitates locking and releasing of the die-cutting tool and cutting plate - Pneumatic lifting cutting plate for easier insertion and removal - Centering system on the die-cutting frame with diagonal fine adjustment ensures precise register, enabling quick job changes. - Precise positioning of the die-cutting tool is controlled by a precision optical sensor with an automatic checking and locking device - Die-cutting tool rotation device - Main Siemens motor controlled with a Schneider inverter - Fine adjustment of cutting force (pressure accuracy up to 0.01 mm, max. cutting pressure up to 300 tons) is provided by a servo motor with worm gearing, controlled via a 15-inch touchscreen - The crank shaft is made of chrome steel (40Cr). - The machine frame and ram are made of ductile iron (HT300) - 7 sets of gripper bars made of light and durable aluminum alloy with an ultra-hard anodized surface ensure precise and consistent paper register - The high-quality gripper bar from Japan features a long service life - The perfectly designed gripper bar requires no compensating spacer to ensure precise paper register - Die-cutting plates of various thicknesses (1 pc - 1 mm, 1 pc - 3 mm, 1 pc - 4 mm) allow easy job changes - High-quality pre-tensioned Renold chain from England ensures stability and precision when processing high-load jobs. - High-pressure gripper bar registration system ensures precise positioning - Overload protection device with torque limiter ensures a high level of safety for both operator and machine - Automatic lubrication and cooling system for the main drive and automatic lubrication of the main chain.

Pressing unit for foil

- Independently controlled, programmable foil feed rollers (3 sets in the longitudinal and 2 sets in the transverse direction) driven by YASKAWA servo motors - Longitudinal full-format foil loading system for pressing in 2 directions simultaneously, significantly helping to save foil as well as reduce foil-change time. - 20 independently controlled heating zones using an intubation heating system with a temperature tolerance of ±1°C - 1 set of honeycomb die-cutting tool made of ductile iron and a locking device for die-cutting - Device providing a dwell time for pressing large areas - 2-directional separating blower - Brush system for removing foil residue from the side of the machine, where it could otherwise accumulate and need disposal - Optical sensors for detecting torn foil - Optional WFR-280 foil rewinder for disposal of used foil allows it to be wound onto six independent reels in a dedicated module.

Delivery

- Adjustable braking brush controlled by an AC motor helps support paper removal from the grippers and stacking of paper at higher speed with perfect stack alignment. - Stack height in the delivery unit up to 1350 mm max. - Photoelectric device to prevent excessive rising or falling of the paper stack - Sheets in the stack can be counted by an optical sensor (standard), and this unit can be integrated with a device for inserting paper tabs into the stack (optional). This makes it easier to remove unprinted sheets and to pack them. - The entire machine can be set up using a 10.4-inch touchscreen monitor on the rear side - An auxiliary conveyor grid facilitates configuring the unit as a non-stop delivery.

Electrical components

- Electronic detectors, microswitches and photoelectric sensors throughout the machine are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) - Electronic switching cam for encoder switching - All main operations can be controlled via the 15-inch and 10.4-inch touchscreen monitors - PILZ safety relays, as standard equipment, ensure a high safety standard - Internal lockable switch meets all CE requirements - Electrical components used, including Moeller, Omron, Schneider relays, AC contactor and air switch, ensure stability when processing high-load jobs. - Automatic error display and automatic diagnostics.
