The i-60T die-cutting machine is the ideal solution for small and medium printing houses, digital production, carton makers and studios focused on luxury packaging with die-cutting and foil stamping. It is suitable for die-cutting small to medium ranges – for example exclusive packaging, cartons, labels, postcards – and besides die-cutting and hot foil stamping it also handles blind embossing.

Pile table with handle for manual lateral adjustment of the pile during production.
Feeder system with selectable run at max. 120 sheets per minute.

All drive chains are custom-made in Japan. Each chain has its own serial number and must undergo an intensive pre-stretching process before being shipped to the customer.
The gripper bar is equipped with 6 grippers with a lightweight aluminium core and an extra-hard coating. This combination guarantees accurate and consistent feeding.

The 3 sections of the longitudinal hot foil stamping unit can work with foil of 220 mm diameter with enough space for easy operation.
Setting the roller pressure and foil feed is very easy.

A servo motor from Japan's Panasonic allows foil to be pulled over a large area at high speed.

Creasing is available as standard.
Based on sheet thickness, a template with the appropriate
width and height is installed on the cutting plate. When the sheet enters the die-cutting unit and comes into
contact with the die, creasing is achieved.

Embossing is available as standard.
The embossing plate is installed on the honeycomb plate. As the sheet passes through
the die-cutting unit, the embossing plate contacts the sheet and applies pressure,
achieving the final effect.
