From sheet to finished box in one continuous process

Another installation supplemented with hands-on operator training. This time, at the customer's site, we shared our experience with the setup and daily operation of an automatic box gluing machine, which combines several production steps into one continuous process.

The machine handles automatic sheet feeding, glue application, folding, counting and stacking of finished boxes. Production thus runs quickly, smoothly and with minimal need for manual intervention by the operator.

The whole line is divided into three main parts – the feeding, folding and gluing section, and the output section for counting and stacking. Simple controls and digital speed regulation make it easy to set up the machine for a specific order and help maintain stable production quality.

During the training, we went through the setup of individual sections with the operator, correct material feeding, gluing, folding and optimization of the production process. There was also a practical trial of the machine directly on production orders.

The result is faster production, simpler operation and more efficient processing of boxes from sheet feeding to a ready stack of finished products.
