Feeding unit
• The vacuum feeding system adapts well even to warped board.
• It is equipped with a high-quality electromagnetic clutch-brake system that allows independent control of the feeding unit, increasing output accuracy.
• The board width adjustment unit is made of high-quality steel, allowing convenient and reliable width adjustment to suit different carton sizes.

Folding and gluing unit
• The glue quantity is controlled by an imported high-quality, stable and quiet motor.
• The glue roller is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean, applies glue evenly and saves glue.
• The transfer belt of the folding unit is made of wear-resistant material that guarantees long service life and precise board folding.
• The folding unit is equipped with a re-creasing device and an orthotic device; the height of the creasing wheel is adjustable to suit different board thicknesses.
• The re-creasing device can re-crease the board to achieve a good result even if the original box was not sufficiently creased.

Counting and stacking unit
• The conveyor belt has servo speed control for correcting box folding quality.
• The machine uses a programmable PLC controller and a touch screen with digital control.
• Fast, precise and reliable response and easy operation.
• Counting and ejection use a pneumatic method that is reliable, precise and fast.
• The press delivery uses a hanging conveyor that holds more than 200 cartons, which can remain under pressure for a long time. This not only ensures strong glued edges but also effectively improves the compressibility and appearance of the carton.
• The machine is fitted with quality components from leading European and global brands – Siemens controls and switches, Delta PLC and touch screen, Schneider relays and CPD motors from Taiwan.
