Relocation and recommissioning of a boxmaker in Poland

July 31, 2026

At a Polish customer, an older BM3000-HD boxmaker model was relocated to a new location within its production facility.

The move itself was preceded by thorough preparation of the machine for transport. The individual parts of the machine were secured so that they would not be damaged or have the settings of important components changed during handling and relocation.

After placing the boxmaker at its new location, it was assembled, its technical condition checked and it was recommissioned. The service work also included precise calibration of the cutting knives and creasing tools, which is essential for correct and precise processing of corrugated board.

After completing all checks and adjustments, the machine was tested and handed back to the customer for full operation. The BM3000-HD boxmaker is now ready to continue producing large-format and custom corrugated board packaging at its new location.
