New tape applicator in operation at a Czech customer

At a customer in the Czech Republic, the unloading, positioning and preparation of a new automatic double-sided tape applicator took place. The installation also included connecting the feeding unit to the machine itself and checking the correct function of the whole assembly.

The extended working platform with a patented holder also makes it easier and faster to change the tape roll. This shortens the time needed for setup when changing orders, reduces the demands on the operator and increases overall production efficiency.

The machine is designed as a compact, space-saving solution for automatic tape application in the production of boxes, cardboard packaging, envelopes, e-commerce mailer bags and other packaging products.
