Circular board shears with automatic feeding

Another machine is ready for operation. This time it is circular shears designed for precise longitudinal cutting of board, equipped with automatic material feed and manual adjustment of the cutting blades.

As part of preparing the machine, we carried out the installation of extended side stops on the feeder and then tested the correctness and stability of the automatic sheet feeding.

The automatic feeder significantly simplifies the operator's work and ensures smooth, precise guiding of the material without unwanted shifting. The machine allows the required number of processed sheets to be set, and once the set quantity is reached, feeding stops automatically. The machine's design allows even long cardboard sheets to be processed without problems.

The cutting section is equipped with five circular blades with manually adjustable spacing. Thin blades made of high-quality tungsten steel ensure a sharp, clean cut without unwanted marks or burrs, while also offering a long service life. Stable material passage is ensured by a system of eight guide rollers and two-roller feeding.
