Installation of the Versor Serto COR 200 gluing machine and the Vario tape applicator

At the turn of 2018/2019, two new machines from Versor's range of box gluing machines were installed in the Orlické hory mountains. These are the top-of-the-line box gluing machine Serto COR 200 and the tape applicator Vario.

The Serto box gluing machine can perform one-point, three-point and four-point gluing. Thanks to its width of over 200 cm, it can glue boxes that are up to 2 meters long in their unfolded shape. We offer both of these machines in our portfolio.

Technicians from the Czech Republic and Poland arrived for the installation. The gluing line was delivered to the box factory in several pieces. It was therefore first necessary to assemble the individual parts together.

As soon as the assembly of the machine was completed, testing could begin. Before starting operator training, it was necessary to verify that the machine was in 100% condition and ready for full operation.

Operator training took place over several days. Individual functions and all setting options were thoroughly covered. Everything was carried out using test samples.

In addition to the installation of the box gluing machine Serto Cor 200 the installation of the Vario tape applicator was also carried out.
