Introduction
SERTO XL has been designed to run with a variety of materials. The robust frame and durable components of the working units allow it to process a wide range of board, plastic or corrugated blanks, including highly rigid ones. Depending on the machine version (K1, K3, K4 or K6), it can produce straight-line boxes, crash-lock bottom boxes and 4- or 6-corner folding boxes (i.e. 4- or 6-point gluing). SERTO, available in widths from 145 cm to 210 cm, is specially designed for processing corrugated board as well as corrugated board blanks.
Available features:
– motor-assisted spindles
– drive belts of the upper carriers in the folding section, combined with the wider belts used throughout the machine, are perfectly suited to processing large blanks made of rigid material.
