Installation of the Guowang C106 Y automatic hot foil stamping die-cutting machine

In September this year, a major event took place: the installation of the machine Guowang C106 Y with hot foil stamping, which is offered by our company Versotrade in its portfolio.

The installation itself took 3 days. The first day involved "moving" the machine. It had to be taken out of the container in which it was transported from China across the ocean to Hamburg and then by rail to the Czech Republic. This entire process was handled by very skilled and, above all, experienced workers from the moving company. These people already have many similar machine relocations behind them. Their specialty is, in fact, heavy machinery. There was therefore no reason to worry that anything could go wrong. They managed to handle both the difficult terrain and to smoothly maneuver this large automatic die-cutter into the printing house, where there was really little space. Throughout the whole time, they kept the machine "firmly in hand" (read: on special heavy-duty trolleys) and knew exactly what needed to be done.

The second and third day were led by a Chinese engineer who came all the way from China specifically for this installation. Thanks to his experience, he would have been able to get this die-cutter fully up and running entirely on his own. Nevertheless, in the interest of shortening the time needed for the assembly itself, our service technicians helped him. This approach was beneficial for both sides. The Chinese engineer was not left alone with the whole machine, and our technicians learned detailed information about the overall operation of our automatic die-cutter.

After the installation itself, training. During the training, the operators had the opportunity to learn the complete operation of the machine and try out all functions. First, the individual functions of the machine were reviewed – die-cutting, hot foil stamping, and blind embossing.

After training the operators, all that remained was to hand over the machine. Both sides were satisfied, and Versotrade looks forward to further cooperation.
