The machine is an ideal aid for hot foil stamping, shape die-cutting and embossing. It can even perform hot foil stamping and embossing simultaneously in a single cycle. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller), which checks, monitors and displays faults and problems. This makes the machine very simple for the user to operate and to remedy any faults. The machine features a dialogue unit with a Czech-language display showing simple operating instructions. It includes electric heating plates with 5 heating zones. The temperature in each zone is automatically monitored and displayed. The temperature range is 0 to 2000°C.
