This gluing line is designed for processing 3- and 5-ply corrugated board. It can glue straight-line, 3-point and 4-point boxes from 210 to 800 gsm and A, B, C, E, F, N, BE, BC flutes. A special transmission structure ensures that the machine runs stably and very precisely even with 5-ply board.
The machine is equipped with a KQ dispersion gluing system with four nozzles. The folding section is servo-driven, so the folding speed is easy to set. Each section has independent motion control for convenient set-up. The machine also has a remote control, so the technician can easily start and stop the entire machine.

3-point folding section
Folding is done with folding hooks. The section is equipped with secondary scoring wheels that ensure a more precise fold and minimise the risk of deforming the corrugated board.
4-point and 6-point folding section

Gluing section
1, Two lower glue pots (left and right) for gluing straight-line boxes.
2, Four-channel system with four nozzles for cold glue application.
Folding and closing section

3, Conveyor belt speed is servo-controlled.
Counting and delivery section
1, After folding, compresses the boxes before they enter the press section.
2, Automatic separation of boxes into batches for easier take-off.
Squaring device
A pneumatic box squaring system ensures precise gluing of RSC boxes and straight-line folding boxes.
Press section
1, Pneumatically adjustable pressure.
2, Automatic adjustment of the gaps between boxes.
3, Independent frequency-controlled motor.
4, High-speed product counter.
5, Foam pressure belts for better box pressing.
6, Integrated table for taking off finished boxes.
7, The upper part of the press is height-adjustable depending on the box type.
