The fully servo-driven automatic gluer for food (conical) boxes is the ideal choice for producing hamburger boxes, take-away boxes, fruit and vegetable trays and much more. The machine is controlled by a PLC system powered by a high-performance microprocessor.
Carton feeding is servo-controlled. Feeding is from the bottom using friction belts with optional vacuum, ensuring smooth feeding even of heavy sheets or complex shapes.

Send an inquiryAfter feeding, the carton moves to the gluing section, where glue is automatically applied to the required place. The box then travels to the forming section, where the required conical shape is pressed using the simple principle of pressure from a punch. The formed boxes are then nested into one another, allowing the glue to dry and the whole product to set.
The feeding system is servo-controlled. Detection sensors ensure stable and accurate feeding. Vacuum belts allow cartons with complex shapes to be fed. There is no need to adjust distances or change cams when changing jobs, saving time on job changes and increasing efficiency.
