This gluing line is specially designed for producing pharmaceutical boxes, wine boxes and other demanding packaging applications. It consists of a feeding section, side alignment, pre-breaking section, closing section, conveyor section and pneumatic press.
The line can be fitted with a cold glue system, plasma system or hotmelt gluing system. The specific configuration is chosen according to the material and customer requirements.

Send an inquiryThe machine is equipped with a bottom vacuum feeder with friction belts that ensures reliable feeding of cartons of various thicknesses. A precise alignment section guides the boxes before folding and allows them to be aligned to the left or right edge.
The extended pre-breaking section allows pre-folding up to 180° and ensures high-quality processing even of more complex box shapes.
For producing 3-point glued boxes, the machine can optionally be fitted with a nozzle gluing system – cold glue, plasma or hotmelt, always with three nozzles. For straight-line gluing, two glue pots are installed as standard.
The closing and pressing sections ensure accurate folding and high-quality pressing of boxes with adjustable pressure for a strong glued joint.
The machine is controlled by a PLC with a touch screen, and the user interface can be supplied in various language versions. Finished products are placed on the delivery table.
Optionally, the machine can be fitted with an IoT module for remote diagnostics, PLC monitoring and online service support, which significantly shortens the time needed to resolve service issues.
