Higher precision and lower glue consumption thanks to new technology

Our service technicians carried out a complete installation of the automatic dispersion glue application system, commissioning of the equipment, setup of the first production order and operator training. The system is equipped with an intelligent control unit with a 32-bit processor, enabling precise glue dosing at speeds of up to 600 m/min. It supports the connection of up to eight electric spray guns and allows both spot and line glue application to achieve high joint quality with minimal consumption.

The glue application guns ensure precise glue application and, thanks to their high switching frequency, are suitable for a wide range of packaging – from small boxes to large-format corrugated board packaging. A stable glue supply is ensured by a high-pressure pneumatic piston pump with a working pressure of up to 32 bar. After completing the installation, the technicians optimized the equipment's parameters according to the customer's requirements and carried out professional operator training. The equipment was then ready for immediate series production.
