Vario 160 S-2

On Monday, 27.7., we began installing a machine from Versor at the Czech company UNIPAP a.s. Specifically, it was one of the variants of the series Vario with a tear tape applicator and two hot-melt gluing nozzles with silicone tape overlap.

The actual assembly of this modular machine took only one day, mainly thanks to the experience and speed of the service team from the company Versor.

From the second day on, operation was already being tested with the setting of service values. Afterwards, operator training began. It was not only about the correct software setup, but also less frequent tasks such as replacing belts, knives, or blanking dies.

By the end of the week, the machine was ready for production. Further follow-up cooperation was agreed, as UNIPAP had certain reservations about various sections of the machine. These reservations were written down and sent to Versor , which is already addressing them with its suppliers in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
