Service of the BM2508-SE boxmaker – maintenance, repairs and operator training

During June, our technician carried out a service intervention on the boxmaker BM2508-SE, during which important service tasks, technical adjustments and operator training were carried out.

The service intervention included replacing the glue nozzles, resealing the pressure vessel and servicing the flexo printing unit, during which the print roller was replaced. After completing all the service work, individual machine parts were thoroughly adjusted and the correct functioning of all systems was checked.

An important part of the visit was also hands-on operator training. The technician focused primarily on the correct setup and operation of inline gluing and the flexo printing unit so that the customer could make full use of all the machine's capabilities in daily production.

After the successful completion of the service intervention, the boxmaker was BM2508-SE handed over to the customer in fully operational condition and ready for further reliable production of packaging.
