Acceptance inspection of an automatic die-cutter with hot foil stamping

At the end of 2018, our customer decided to invest in an automatic die-cutting machine with hot foil stamping.

Because quality comes first for us, before sending the machine to the customer, we always personally carry out its acceptance inspection directly at our supplier's premises.

We have our own system of special tests , which every machine must undergo before it is dispatched. These tests focus mainly on the required precision and quality. From time to time, it happens that a machine from the manufacturer still needs a small amount of fine-tuning to meet our strict requirements.

Only once all the details have been fine-tuned and the machine is in 100% condition do we approve its packing and subsequent dispatch. The customer therefore does not need to worry about a situation where a machine arrives that does not work as it should.
