New pharmaceutical box gluing machine at a Czech customer

For several days now, a Czech customer has been using in its production a new pharmaceutical box gluing machine, which we recently supplied and commissioned. The installation included complete assembly of the machine, connecting all systems, technical adjustment and subsequent testing according to the customer's specific requirements.

During the first two days, the machine was moved into the prepared location, its individual parts were assembled and the entire production line was fully put together. On the third day, the compressed air and electrical power lines were connected, and the control monitors were also wired up. The following day, technicians connected the gluing system, sensors and other control elements needed for correct and precise machine operation. On the fifth day, the first test run was started, followed by fine-tuning of the individual settings according to the customer's production requirements. The final tests also included verifying the gluing quality and testing the application of Braille lettering, which is an important part of packaging for the pharmaceutical industry.

After completing all the tests and final adjustment, the machine was ready for reliable daily production of pharmaceutical boxes.
