Maximum Boxmaker performance with automatic loading and unloading
The automatic feeder and finished-box take-off system is an optional add-on for the Boxmaker that significantly increases production efficiency, reduces manual handling of corrugated board and enables more efficient operation with minimal operator intervention.
The system features a hydraulic lifting platform for automatic board feeding, a vacuum feeder for precise pick-up of individual sheets and an automatic edge alignment system that ensures correct material position before it enters the machine. A vibrating sheet separation system reliably separates individual corrugated sheets, even when processing tall stacks.
After processing, the finished boxes are automatically removed, stacked and placed on a pallet without operator intervention. The entire process runs smoothly and enables continuous production while maintaining high feeding and stacking accuracy.
