Gluing machine for food boxes successfully launched

In mid-May, our company VERSOTRADE carried out a successful installation of a gluing machine for producing conical boxes at a Czech customer. The entire installation was handled by two experienced service technicians, who were responsible for the complete commissioning of the equipment, including technical setup and operator training.

The project began by moving the machine to its final position in the production hall. This was followed by a mechanical check, preparation of individual modules and complete setup of the machine for the customer's specific production requirements.

A significant part of the installation consisted of adjusting the four-point gluing system and setting up the dispersion gluing so that the resulting quality of the glued packaging met the customer's requirements. At the same time, detailed setup of the feeding system, loader and unloader was carried out, which are key to the stable and efficient operation of the entire line.

After the basic adjustment, production testing followed directly on the customer's real orders. Our technicians optimized the individual machine parameters for specific types of conical boxes and made final fine-tuning of the production process to ensure maximum gluing quality and smooth production.

The delivery also included comprehensive staff training. Operators were familiarized with operating the machine, setting individual production parameters, equipment maintenance and handling common operational situations. After completing all tests and verification runs, the machine was handed over to the customer as fully functional and ready for daily production.
