SC900 installation: from assembly to full production in two days

We recently completed a successful installation of a single-pass digital printer SC900 at a customer specialising in packaging materials, cardboard packaging, export packaging, securing systems and automated packaging solutions. The company offers a wide portfolio of packaging solutions, including cardboard boxes, edge protectors, paper tubes, adhesive and strapping tapes, films, void-fill materials, automatic packaging systems, strapping, taping and conveyor systems.

Installation and full commissioning of the machine were carried out by two of our service technicians in two days. The scope included not only mechanical and software start-up of the system but also complete setup of the HP printheads, installation of the RIP software and configuration of the print workflow.

After installation, test printing and final optimisation of print parameters for the customer's actual production were carried out. The operators also received hands-on training covering daily operation, print data management, machine maintenance and production optimisation.

The single-pass printer SC900 is a modern solution for flexible digital printing that enables quick job changes, variable data printing and efficient short-run production without the need for printing plates. Thanks to its high print speed and automated workflow, it will help the customer significantly streamline packaging production and respond to growing market demand for personalised and flexible packaging.
