Installation of the CB08II-1216 plotter with feeder

In mid-March 2026, the CB08II-1216RM digital cutting plotter with rotating conveyor belt was installed and commissioned. The machine was moved into place with the assistance of our service technicians.

Our technicians connected the machine to the control PC and configured the JWEI software. The installation also included commissioning the automatic feeder, which significantly boosts productivity, and calibrating the bottom cameras for accurate registration mark detection. We then set up the individual tools and working parameters according to the customer's specific requirements and the materials to be processed.

During training, our technicians gave the operators a detailed introduction to machine operation, tool changes and production process optimisation. The practical part included test production using various cutting and processing technologies so that the operators could master the machine under real conditions.

Thanks to comprehensive setup and thorough training, the customer can immediately take full advantage of the machine – from processing a wide range of materials to efficient, accurate production with minimal downtime.
