Installation of the TS-1450C3 tape applicator

At the end of March 2026, a TS-1450C3 double-sided adhesive tape applicator was installed at one of our customers. The machine was delivered as planned and unloaded by crane, with the entire handling and positioning process in the production area supervised by our experienced service technicians.

Once the machine was in position, it was installed and professionally connected to all required utilities. The technicians then carried out detailed configuration, including setting up the individual tape applicators to the customer's specific requirements. Each applicator was carefully adjusted to achieve precise and consistent tape application across different types of production.

The installation also included testing the entire system in real operation, optimising working parameters and fine-tuning details so that the machine delivers maximum efficiency, reliability and end-product quality. As a result, the customer was ready to start full production immediately after installation.

Training took place the day after installation. Our experienced technicians gave the operators detailed training, walking them step by step through the machine's functions, controls and correct working procedures. The training also included a practical production demonstration so that operators could immediately try out each operation in real conditions.

The technicians also completed full machine setup according to the customer's requirements. Parameters were optimised for each type of product manufactured. The goal was to ensure maximum production efficiency, high output quality and a smooth transition to standard operation without unnecessary downtime.
