More efficient production thanks to a new die-cutting machine

The production equipment of a Czech customer has been expanded with a new die-cutting and creasing machine designed for processing paper, cardboard, corrugated board, plastic film and leather materials. After successful installation and commissioning, the machine is ready for daily production of packaging and other die-cut products.

The machine stands out for its robust construction, high die-cutting precision and reliable operation. Thanks to fine pressure adjustment, central lubrication and simple controls, it delivers stable results even during long-term continuous operation. The machine also enables blind embossing, which extends the customer's production capabilities.

The delivery included commissioning the machine, setting the production parameters according to the customer's requirements and professional operator training. After completing all the tests, the machine was put into standard production operation.
