Boxmaker BM 2800 Max successfully installed in Switzerland
On the first day, our technician checked the prepared location for the machine installation and verified the availability and correct execution of the electrical power and compressed air connections. The following day, the boxmaker was transported to the production plant, moved to the designated location and correctly positioned. This was followed by a basic machine check and calibration of the cutting knives.
On the third day, operator training began. The technician presented the individual functions of the machine, explained correct operation and the principles of regular maintenance. The program also included the first trial production run for a specific customer order. During the fourth day, the gluing unit was tested and production of another order was started, during which it was possible to verify the correct machine settings under real operating conditions. On the last day, the machine's control system was reinstalled in German. This was followed by final fine-tuning of individual functions and a practical demonstration of complete boxmaker maintenance.
After completing all the work, the machine was BM2800-Max handed over to the customer, fully ready for daily production of custom corrugated board packaging.
