ASC Direct expands production with two more AOPACK boxmakers

British custom corrugated board packaging manufacturer ASC Direct has expanded its production with two new boxmakers BM2508-Pro a BM1800-Mini, which complemented the machine BM2508-Plus successfully in operation since 2020.

Both new machines were put into operation in March 2026. The trio of boxmakers enables more flexible production, faster processing of small orders and efficient production of custom cardboard packaging. Thanks to features such as inline cold gluing, QR code reading and glue flap pressing, a wide range of box types can be produced without the need for die-cutting tools.

After the installation, the AOPACK after-sales service manager also visited the customer to evaluate the operation of the machines, discuss production requirements and support the further development of long-term cooperation.
