AOPACK presents the innovative BM3000-HD boxmaker

The company AOPACK introduced the new, innovative BM3000-HD boxmaker last autumn, taking cardboard packaging production to a whole new level. This fully automatic single-pass machine was designed primarily for modern packaging manufacturers seeking maximum flexibility, fast job changes and efficient production of small and medium runs.

The BM3000-HD processes corrugated board from E-flute up to AAA (3–7 layers) and easily handles very heavy materials used for heavy-duty or export packaging. Thanks to its robust design and precise cutting system, it can produce not only standard boxes but also complex designs such as the popular FEFCO 0427.

A major advantage of the machine is fully automatic one-click box drawing generation, with no CAD software or cutting dies required. Production is therefore much faster, more flexible and more economical. The machine also includes a vibrating knife that creates notches, curves and irregular shapes with high precision, even in heavy AAA board.

The BM3000-HD features an advanced double-sided male-female creasing system that ensures clean folds without cracking the material. Offset creasing technology also produces a perfectly flat box bottom, which is particularly important for logistics and transport packaging.

The machine offers a maximum working width of 3000 mm and unlimited production length. With extremely fast job changes in 1–6 seconds, it is ideal for short-run production, custom manufacturing and modern on-demand packaging production.
