- Electronic detectors, microswitches and photoelectric sensors throughout the machine are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) - High-quality feeder (made in Taiwan) with 4 suckers for lifting the paper and 4 suckers for transferring the paper, ensuring fast and stable sheet feeding. The height and angle of the suckers are easily adjustable so that sheets are delivered evenly. - Mechanical double-sheet control, a sheet-delay control device and an adjustable air blower ensure reliable and precise sheet transport. - Becker compressor - Motorized lateral pile shift for precise loading - The side stops can be changed between pulling and pushing mode (as tension and pressure) on both sides of the machine simply by turning a pin, without needing to mount or remove any other parts. This ensures flexibility when processing a wide range of materials, regardless of whether the registration marks are on the left or right side of the sheet. - Automatic error display and automatic diagnostics. - The side and front stops are equipped with precision optical sensors that detect black color and plastic sheets. Sensor sensitivity is adjustable. - Optical sensors with an automatic stop system on the loading table allow the monitoring system to be optimized for comprehensive quality control across the full sheet width and in the event of a sheet jam. - The control panel on the feeder, used for easier control of the feeding process, is equipped with an LED display - Separate drive control for the main pile and the auxiliary pile - PLC and electronic cam for timing control - A foreign-object protection device can prevent machine damage - Swiss Rapplon conveyor belt on the feeder with adjustable speed
- Electronic detectors, microswitches and photoelectric sensors throughout the machine are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) - Pneumatic locking system facilitates locking and releasing of the die-cutting tool and cutting plate - Mechanical double-sheet control, a sheet-delay control device and an adjustable air blower ensure reliable and precise sheet transport. - Pneumatic lifting cutting plate for easier insertion and removal - Centering system on the die-cutting frame with diagonal fine adjustment ensures precise register, enabling quick job changes. - The side stops can be changed between pulling and pushing mode (as tension and pressure) on both sides of the machine simply by turning a pin, without needing to mount or remove any other parts. This ensures flexibility when processing a wide range of materials, regardless of whether the registration marks are on the left or right side of the sheet. - Automatic error display and automatic diagnostics. - Precise positioning of the die-cutting tool is controlled by a precision optical sensor with an automatic checking and locking device - Optical sensors with an automatic stop system on the loading table allow the monitoring system to be optimized for comprehensive quality control across the full sheet width and in the event of a sheet jam. - Die-cutting tool rotation device - Main Siemens motor controlled with a Schneider inverter - Fine adjustment of cutting force (pressure accuracy up to 0.01 mm, max. cutting pressure up to 150 tons) is provided by a servo motor with worm gearing, controlled via a 15-inch touchscreen - The crank shaft is made of chrome steel (40Cr). - The machine frame and ram are made of ductile iron (HT300) - 7 sets of gripper bars made of light and durable aluminum alloy with an ultra-hard anodized surface ensure precise and consistent paper register - The high-quality gripper bar from Japan features a long service life - The perfectly designed gripper bar requires no compensating spacer to ensure precise paper register - High-quality pre-tensioned Renold chain from England ensures stability and precision when processing high-load jobs. - High-pressure gripper bar registration system ensures precise positioning - Overload protection device with torque limiter ensures a high level of safety for both operator and machine - Automatic lubrication and cooling system for the main drive and automatic lubrication of the main chain.
- Adjustable braking brush controlled by an AC motor helps support paper removal from the grippers and stacking of paper at higher speed with perfect stack alignment. - Stack height in the delivery unit up to 1150 mm max. - Photoelectric device to prevent excessive rising or falling of the paper stack - Sheets in the stack can be counted by an optical sensor (standard), and this unit can be integrated with a device for inserting paper tabs into the stack (optional). This makes it easier to remove unprinted sheets and to pack them. - The entire machine can be set up using a 10.4-inch touchscreen monitor on the rear side - An auxiliary conveyor grid facilitates configuring the unit as a non-stop delivery.
- Electronic detectors, microswitches and photoelectric sensors throughout the machine are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) - Omron electronic switching cam for encoder switching - All main operations can be controlled via the 15-inch and 10.4-inch touchscreen monitors - PILZ safety relays, as standard equipment, ensure a high safety standard - Internal lockable switch meets all CE requirements - Electrical components used, including Moeller, Omron, Schneider relays, AC contactor and air switch, ensure stability when processing high-load jobs. - Automatic error display and automatic diagnostics.
