Embossing

• The embossing plate is mounted on the honeycomb plate. As the sheet passes through the die-cutting unit, the embossing plate contacts the sheet and applies pressure, producing the final embossed effect.

Creasing

• Creasing function included as standard.
• Depending on sheet thickness, a matrix of the appropriate width and height is fitted to the cutting plate. When the sheet enters the die-cutting unit and comes into contact with the cutting die, the crease is formed.

• The same register centring system for both the die-cutting and stripping units minimises changeover time. Precise positioning increases production efficiency.
• Triple-action movement structure with upper, middle and lower stripping frames for die changeover
