This fully servo-driven window patching machine has not only the two basic functions of a window patcher – area gluing and simultaneous line cutting and creasing – but also automatic tension adjustment and automatic deviation correction, which helps correct window patching errors. It also features automatic glue lifting, which raises the glue unit when no paper is detected to prevent the conveyor belt from being soiled with glue. The machine can also provide horizontal creasing lines, double V-cut, colour code detection, eco label, hole punching and other extended functions.
