Description

The gluing section consists of a chrome-plated glue roller, a separating plate, side guides and a gluing die • The gluing section can be easily pulled out for adjustment and cleaning • The glue-separating plate is adjustable to control the amount and area of glue • If the machine stops, a roller lifts the glue roller and then drives it with a separate motor to prevent glue leakage • A pre-set-up table is available. The operator can set up the die outside the machine. The belt lifting system is characterized by high speed, which increases capacity. The pilot lifting system is characterized by the fact that the feed belt can run continuously while the boxes pass through a moving up/down lifting system. This pilot lifting system is flexible, as it can feed different boxes without scratching them. • Our feeding system uses advanced technology. The synchronous belt feeder is equipped with a suction system. Four chains are used for the chain-adjustment section • The feeder has a sliding gate that allows the top rail to be adjusted without any additional tool. This top rail is made of flat steel and is attached to the center of the frame. This system is reliable, ensuring precise registration of the rail, carton and chain. Even if a serious jam occurs, the position remains accurate and can be corrected using the micro-adjustment. Boxes are fed from the gluing section to the window-gluing section by suction. Suction is applied individually and registered by a sensor. If a sheet is missing, the suction table lowers to prevent glue from sticking to the belt • The operator can adjust the suction air volume according to the box size • The suction roller is made of a special material. It is smooth, so the patching speed is high and no scratches occur on the plastic film. • When the roller turns, it meets another fixed knife bar and thus cuts the plastic film like "scissors". The cutting edge is straight and smooth • The knurled roller is equipped with an adjustable blowing or suction system to ensure that the plastic film is glued exactly onto the box window.
