1) The feeder is controlled by a PLC with an intuitive interface. The paper length for the feeder is set automatically, so paper can be loaded quickly and accurately. The feeder is also able to work with cardboard and corrugated board. 2) The film unwinder is controlled by a servo system. The required film length is set via the touchscreen, saving time and ensuring high accuracy. 3) The gluing module is easy to adjust. Glue transfer works on a pneumatic principle. The entire gluing system is built to be as simple as possible, ensuring easy cleaning. 4) The film cutting and gluing sector can handle different shapes and positions of paper windows, which shortens setup times and increases work efficiency.
