Machine advantages

The machine uses an adjustable double-forme structure (proprietary in-house technology), so users can adjust the bag size directly on the machine, which significantly reduces the size-changeover time and increases production capacity.

Key features

1.1 Unwinder 1) Independent single-station unwinder clamp with a hydraulic lifting device. 2) Air shaft for loading paper rolls, equipped with an air nozzle. 3) Magnetic brake for unwinding with automatic tension control for unwinding and tension regulation. 4) EPC web guide control system for material alignment. 5) Automatic stop function: the machine stops automatically when the material breaks. 6) Automatic changeover alert function: an alarm is triggered automatically to inform the operator that a roll change is needed when the material roll diameter becomes too small. 1.2. Handle processing section 1) Two unwinding rolls for the upper/lower paper strips are controlled independently by EPC control systems. 2) Separate servo motors drive this section. 3) A hot-melt gluing device is used for inserting the paper strings onto the upper/lower paper. 4) Pneumatically controlled impregnated rollers ensure strength between the paper strings and the paper strips. 5) Punching of the paper strip after insertion ensures the accuracy of handle positioning and cutting. 6) The handle length is adjustable according to the bag size. 1.3. Handle application section 1) An adaptive continuous compensation device for handle positioning, to prevent accumulated errors in the paper handle length. 2) This section is driven by servo motors to precisely ensure synchronization with the other sections. 3) Cutting and gluing of the paper handles is controlled by servo motors synchronized with the tube division on the main machine. 4) A contact-roller transfer pattern is used for the glued paper handles. 5) A vacuum suction mechanism is used when transferring the handles to the conveyor belt. 6) The handles are pressed onto the paper strip by a series of pneumatic rollers to ensure secure attachment. 1.4. Tube forming section 1) An adjustable forming die is used, preventing size changes (the side seal is above the forming die). 2) An automatic cold-glue spraying device is used to apply the side glue. 3) Adjustable multi-discs for side insertion, which effectively reduce the forming resistance of the tubes. 4) The position of the pressing wheels can be adjusted. 5) Equipped with 3 forming dies (can produce all sizes). 1.5. Bottom forming section 1) The entire machine is driven by an inverter-fed motor. 2) The feeder is driven by an independent servo drive. 3) An automatic photocell correction system is used for the running material. 4) A rotary milling cutter with elliptical gears. 5) An adjustable bottom fold is used to set the bottom size. 6) A bottom-opening roller with a split lock is used to adjust the stretch length of the bottom opening. 7) The multi-layer bottom-forming drum, center grippers, secondary clamps and gripper drums are adjustable for easy changeover. 8) Automatic shutoff function: bottom gluing is prevented when the feeder is empty, to avoid contaminating the drum surface. 9) The clutch function at the bottom glue section is controlled pneumatically. 1.6. Assembly section 1) The paper bags and sacks are conveyed by a belt and collected on a vertical work surface for easy handling. 2) The drive wheels are driven by an independent motor. 3) The bag-forming structure consists of pressing rubber rollers. 4) An independent servo motor controls the cross delivery of the finished products and is able to adjust the bag release spacing, which is convenient for counting. 1.7. Control section 1) The entire machine is centrally controlled by an original German SIEMENS PLC system, which has its own diagnostic function and monitors the machine's status. 2) A touchscreen is used for input control and displaying the device's status. 3) The bag tube length is controlled by a SIEMENS servo motor. 4) The bag assembly speed is controlled by an independent motor. 5) The entire machine is driven by an inverter-fed motor. 6) Automatic counting; batch delivery and acceleration-delivery function.

This machine is designed to produce square-bottom paper bags without handles from paper rolls and is ideal for fast production of medium and large paper bags. By performing paper feeding, tube forming, tube cutting and bottom forming, the machine effectively saves labour costs. A photoelectric sensor corrects the cut-off length to ensure cutting accuracy. The supplied SIEMENS PLC system ensures fast and stable machine operation. A dedicated bag collection platform and counting function improve paper bag packing efficiency. The machine can produce paper bags in various sizes at high speed, making it particularly suitable for the food and clothing industries.
