Key features

• The entire machine is built from modular servo units. It uses a total of 16 servo motors, divided into: the bag-handle production servo unit, the handle-gluing servo unit, the pre-feed servo unit, and the SBH 450 base model. If the customer decides to upgrade their SBH 450 machine to an SBH 450-HD machine, they only need to purchase the individual modular parts. • Servo motors automatically set the width and size of the bottom part, which significantly reduces the error rate. • The drum is equipped with a suction unit and a German BECKER air pump, ensuring more stable running. • The machine is equipped with a Mitsubishi electrical control system. Mitsubishi motion control (CPU) enables a high-speed, high-precision production flow. • Equipped with the German BST automatic gluing system, which uses web (spray) gluing. This helps reduce waste and increase efficiency. • The model is equipped with an American VALCO cold-glue spray adhesive system for gluing the side seam. The amount of glue is automatically adjusted during operation. The system automatically recycles and cleans itself, so no glue is wasted. • The unit producing the bag handles combines the American Valco cold-glue system with MELTON, a hot-melt system. This combination enables more economical and efficient production. Combining water-based adhesive gluing of the handles with hot-melt creates a stronger bond. • The machine is equipped with an American LINCOLN lubrication system and an alarm against paper jams.

Machine specification

A fully automatic machine for making paper bags from a roll. The handles are made by twisting paper fed from one roll. These twisted handles are then glued onto a strip of paper fed from another roll. The resulting handles are subsequently cut into individual units and glued onto paper bags, which are made from yet another paper roll. This continuous process, in which the handles and the bags themselves are produced simultaneously, makes production very fast and efficient.
