SERTO 55/80/100

Introduction

SERTO 55/80/100 was designed to operate with various materials. The robust frame and durable working components allow it to process a wide range of board, plastic or corrugated blanks, including highly rigid ones. Depending on the machine version (K1, K3, K4 or K6), it is possible to produce single-point 'straight line' boxes, self-locking 'crash lock bottom' boxes, and 4- or 6-corner folding boxes (i.e. 4- or 6-point gluing). SERTO, ranging from 160 cm to 200 cm, is specially designed for processing corrugated board, but also corrugated board blanks.

- the upper carrier drive belts in the folding section, combined with the wider belts used throughout the machine, are ideally suited to processing large blanks made of rigid material.
