Machine description

The machine, manufactured in Italy, is designed to produce: 1. Single-point boxes made of cardboard and corrugated board 2. Postal envelopes (DHL, FedEx, etc.) with double-sided and tear tape (optional) 3. Folders with one or two pockets and a very special envelope size (optional) 4. Shopping bags with reinforced handles (optional) 5. Application of tear tape, magnetic tape and silicone tape (optional). The Maxi Box 160/220 machine was designed for manual loading of various formats of differently die-cut, creased and slotted materials; all blanks are placed by the operator; all hot-melt, cold glue and tape applications are carried out by a PLC + 7-inch touchscreen with dedicated software, and thanks to the easy positioning of applicators and tools and the new linear system for preparing finished strips, very fast changeover can be achieved. It saves a lot of time in favor of higher production capacity. The Maxi Box 160/220 machine is designed for folding and gluing single-point boxes, corrugated board and board from 200 g up to 9 mm, as well as folders with one or two pockets, envelopes, courier envelopes with an outer flap and a very special envelope size, but also photo frames and many different packaging and commercial jobs. The Maxi Box 160/220 machine can support up to 6 different types of applicators (2 RAP units in pairs on the same line): • 'RAP' mono-adhesive and double-sided tape applicator; • 'RAP STRIP' tear tape applicator; • 'RAP SIL' silicone tape system (seal and sealing) with a dedicated gluing system; • 'RAP MAG' magnetic tape applicator; • The Maxi Box 160/220 machine can also support a feeder or labeling machine as well as an inkjet machine.
