The gluing line is designed for producing large carton packaging up to 2,600 mm. The machine is equipped with an automatic feeder with vacuum-assisted friction belts which, together with separating knives, ensure reliable bottom feeding of individual blanks from the feeder.
In the next part of the line, dispersion glue is applied to the glue flap by a precise gluing unit. This is followed by automatic folding of the package using a pair of conveyor belts with independent speed control, which allows the box to be closed accurately and evenly. Additional scoring wheels also help achieve maximum precision by optimising the board fold.
The glued boxes then pass through a squaring and pressing device, where they are pressed from the front and back and finally aligned to achieve a high-quality joint. Finished products are automatically stacked at the line outlet ready for manual take-off.
To further increase productivity, the line can be fitted with an automatic strapping machine that creates tightly bound bundles of finished boxes, making them easier to store, transport and handle.

Side adjustment, the paper feeder gate and belt are controlled separately, making it easy to change settings between jobs. The feeder unit can be adapted to customer requirements for processing smaller boxes.
Glue is applied from underneath the box in an application width of 18–25 mm. The glue tank can be placed on the left or right depending on the box type, and the glue quantity is adjustable. Application is smooth and the whole system is easy to maintain. All materials are pure stainless steel, which resists corrosion from various adhesives.
Transport is provided by high-friction belts, with feeding speed synchronised with folding. Before folding, additional scoring wheels support the fold in the right place. The folding unit can be adapted to customer requirements for processing smaller boxes.
"Squaring device" – a box squaring device helps achieve perfect box folding. The number of pieces per stack is set on a digital display – 5, 15, 20 or 25 pcs.
