Send an inquiryThe machine uses paper tape with a PE or PP film layer, which allows firm and clean closing of the banded product. Depending on the application, tape widths of 20, 30 or 40 mm can be used.
The tape is joined by heat sealing, in which the PE or PP layer on the tape is heated to form a strong joint without additional adhesive. This closing method ensures reliable and attractive banding.
The machine is equipped with an adjustable tape guide that allows the tape path to be adapted to the specific type and size of the product. It also features stepless tape tension adjustment, making it easy to regulate the clamping force and avoid damage to more delicate products.
