This in-line machine is designed for folding, gluing and optionally strapping board and paper in one continuous process. The material is fed manually and then automatically guided through the individual working sections, where it is precisely positioned, folded and glued. The continuous flow of material ensures a stable production pace and repeatable quality.
The machine is suitable for various paper and board products that require precise folding and reliable gluing. Depending on the configuration, it can be equipped with a hotmelt or dispersion glue system and a tape applicator, so several production operations can be combined in one pass. This reduces manual handling, shortens production time and increases overall efficiency.

Send an inquiryThe Nordson 3400 V gluing unit is designed for hot melt adhesive application. This solution ensures fast bond setting, high strength and stable results even at higher production speeds. However, the machine is not limited to hot melt – depending on the application, it can also use dispersion gluing, which extends the range of materials and products that can be processed.
Production speed is continuously adjustable from 0 to 40 m/min, so the machine can be precisely adapted to the material, the type of adhesive and the required bond quality. Thanks to stepless speed control, the machine is suitable for slower, more precise applications as well as for serial production with higher throughput.
The maximum working width of the material is 1400 mm, while its length is essentially unlimited and depends mainly on the feeding method and downstream technology. The machine is therefore also suitable for larger or continuously fed materials.
To extend production capabilities, the machine can be fitted with a tape applicator that applies tape as the material passes through the machine. Gluing and taping can thus take place in one working cycle, which helps shorten production time, reduce additional handling and increase overall process efficiency.
