This automatic strapping machine with a table height of 450 mm is designed for efficient strapping of large, bulky and heavy bundles. Its robust design and low working height allow easy handling of heavier products, making it suitable for production plants, warehouses, logistics centres and packaging lines. The automatic working cycle speeds up packaging, reduces the need for manual work and ensures even and reliable securing of every bundle.

Send an inquiryThe machine is designed for automatic strapping of large and heavy bundles and, thanks to its 450 mm table height, can easily be integrated into production and packaging lines. It is equipped with an 800 × 600 mm aluminium strapping arch and works with 9–15 mm wide PP strap. One strapping cycle takes approximately 2.5 seconds, allowing smooth and efficient operation.
Bundles are handled by a chain-driven roller conveyor. The machine uses powerful AC motors and allows mechanical adjustment of strap tension from 0 to 60 kg depending on the type and weight of the product. The sealing temperature can also be adjusted for a reliable, strong strap joint. Power supply is 380 V AC, three-phase, 50/60 Hz.
The modular sealing head with left, centre and right sealing knives is designed for easy maintenance and quick service. The machine allows parallel strapping with one or two straps per bundle, with the correct strap position controlled automatically by a photocell.
The control system offers three operating modes – automatic, manual and conveyor. This makes it easy to adapt the machine to the specific production method, type of packaging and product handling requirements.
