Introduction

Double-sided adhesive tapes combined with a tear strip are commonly used to seal, protect and later easily open various types of packaging, such as mailing envelopes or boxes. For even more economical production, pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) with a separate release liner (silicone-coated paper strip) can be applied instead of double-sided tape. Whenever you need single or dual production with one or more tape applicators, the VARIO dispensing machine will meet your requirements. Tape applicators can also be easily installed as an option on any VERSOR folder-gluer.

Machine Features

1) Mixed cutting: the metal plate cutter supports both metal and non-metal cutting – it can cut stainless steel, carbon steel and mild steel, as well as acrylic, wood, MDF, PVC board, paper, fabric, etc.

2) The metal plate cutter uses a 150 W / 180 W / 260 W / 300 W laser tube – high power and a long service life of 10,000 hours.

3) Imported Japanese motor and ball screw drive for high speed and high precision.

4) The metal plate cutter features a dynamic auto-focusing laser cutting head: when the metal sheet is not flat, the head automatically adjusts the focal distance.

5) Advanced LCD touch screen + USB port + DSP offline control, so the metal plate cutter can work without a computer and also connect to a USB flash drive and communicate via USB.

6) The LCD control system has a large 128 MB memory for storing files in the machine for pre-press and cutting, and is compatible with AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Photoshop and other graphics software.

7) This steel sheet cutter uses imported high-precision linear guide rails and a professional optical system, dust-proof and lubricated, which improve processing quality and extend machine life.

8) Professional strip work table: meets the needs of diversified laser processing;

9) Water cooling system with alarm protection, using a CW-5000 or CW-6000 water chiller with temperature display, which prevents overheating and protects the water circulation in case of power failure.
