The TS-800C2 automatic tape applicator is designed as a light, space-saving machine. It is intended for applying tapes mainly in the production of boxes, cartons, envelopes, electronic component bags, shipping envelopes, etc.
The machine is equipped with an 800 mm automatic feeder and an alignment section that ensures an ideal product path. It saves labour and is very easy to operate. It has two applicators for double-sided or silicone tape (5-35 mm).

Send an inquiryThe feeder with separating knives is controlled by an optical sensor. Smooth feeding can be assisted by switching on the vibration motor.
To achieve faster set-up and production speed, the machine is fitted with an alignment section, where the product is pushed to the left or right side so that each product is on the ideal path.
The section is designed to hold 4 applicators at the same time. The usual set-up is two double-sided tapes and a tear tape.
The machine is fitted with a touch screen for easy set-up of the tape applicators, so the operator can set the correct tape lengths and spacing.
