The TS-1450C3 automatic tape applicator is designed for applying tapes mainly in the production of boxes, cartons, envelopes and e-commerce bags. The machine is fitted with an automatic feeder 1450 mm wide. A major advantage of this applicator is easy handling, set-up and low operator demands, which is why it is very popular especially among medium-sized carton and printing producers.

Feeder with friction belts (Oxford type) and an optical sensor. Smooth feeding can be assisted by switching on the vibration motor. The feeder supports large boxes (vacuum suction for better loading of maxi boxes).
The machine has a touch screen for easy set-up of the tape applicators, so the operator can set the correct tape lengths and spacing.
The machine is fitted with a tear tape applicator and a double-sided tape applicator. A silicone tape applicator (10-35 mm wide) can also be added.
A stand and unwinder for large rolls of silicone tape make material handling easier and reduce the frequency of tape changes.
The hotmelt unit is another optional feature of the tape application machine. It allows hot glue to be applied for silicone tape.
