Introducing the “made in Italy” Athos (Plus) modular tape application machine. Thanks to its great modular flexibility, the machine can meet the requirements of a broad range of customers. It can apply tapes to a wide variety of surfaces, materials and shapes.
APR Solutions offers two feeder options: SEMI-AUTOMATIC - the semi-automatic feeder option is ideal for operations working with lightweight materials, complex die-cut shapes, materials prone to static charge, etc. AUTOMATIC – the automatic feeder called PLUS is ideal for products weighing more than 150 g/m2. It ensures continuous, high-speed feeding into the machine. PLUS feeder: It is a fully automatic feeder. It combines two principles: friction feeding and vacuum feeding. This new generation of feeders thus eliminates all the limitations of traditional feeders. It can handle very small formats, complex die-cut shapes as well as lightweight sheets. It prevents scratch marks on sensitive materials such as matt laminate (thanks to the vacuum system). The friction and vacuum systems are combined in a single unit. Two systems in one feeder, easy to use and always ready for any type of job. This technology is based on reducing the time needed to set up a new job while delivering maximum quality.
