Feeder

• High-quality MABEG feeder with 4 lifting suckers and 4 forwarding suckers for fast and stable paper feeding. The height and angle of the suckers are easy to adjust so that sheets are fed straight.
• Pre-loading unit for loading sheets without stopping the machine. Maximum sheet pile height is 1,800 mm.
• Rails in the loading section help the operator push sheets easily into the correct loading position
• The side lay can be adapted to different paper types
• Sheets transferred to the front lay are slowed down to ensure accurate positioning
• The transfer plate is made in Germany from stainless steel to ease sheet transfer

Die-cutting unit

• Japanese FUJI servo motor for precise and stable control of die-cutting pressure. Accuracy is adjusted via a 19-inch touchscreen. Accuracy is 0.01 mm.
• The die-cutting chase and die are locked by a pneumatic cylinder from the German company FESTO. This prevents the upper and lower chase from moving out of the required position and eliminates losses caused by human error.
• The die-cutting chase uses a centre-aligned unit for quick positioning, so the operator does not have to consider the left-hand position on the plate.
• Non-standard cutting dies can also be mounted using auxiliary fixing tools.
• The gripper bars are made of a special aluminium alloy with an oxidised surface finish, supplied by the Japanese brand KOMORI. They use a double cam opening method to release sheets during operation.

• Uses a pneumatic automatic opening and closing system.
• Uses centralised positioning and a quick-lock system.
• Memory function for storing the blanking frame position.

• Non-stop delivery unit
• Automatic transfer of the pile of blanked finished products. It automatically moves the full pallet out of the machine and takes in an empty pallet to form a new pile.
