Feeder

- High-quality feeder (made in Taiwan) with 4 suckers for lifting the paper and 4 suckers for transferring the paper, ensuring fast and stable sheet feeding. The height and angle of the suckers are easily adjustable so that sheets are delivered evenly. - Mechanical double-sheet control, a sheet-delay control device and an adjustable air blower ensure reliable and precise sheet transport. - Compressor from the German company Becker - The side pile can be easily adjusted by a motor for precise sheet feeding - A perfectly formed sheet pile can be built on pallets that move on rails and allow pre-stacking. This creates an important condition for trouble-free production, and the operator can move the prepared pile precisely and conveniently into the feeder. (Max. pile height is up to 1600 mm) - Single-position engagement of the pneumatically controlled mechanical clutch ensures that the first sheet after every machine restart is always precisely loaded onto the front stops, for easy, time-saving and material-saving setup - The side stops can be changed between pulling and pushing mode (as tension and pressure) on both sides of the machine simply by turning a pin, without needing to mount or remove any other parts. This ensures flexibility when processing a wide range of materials, regardless of whether the registration marks are on the left or right side of the sheet. - The side and front stops are equipped with precision optical sensors that detect black color and plastic sheets. Sensor sensitivity is adjustable. - Optical sensors with an automatic stop system on the loading table allow the monitoring system to be optimized for comprehensive quality control across the full sheet width and in the event of a sheet jam. - The control panel on the feeder, used for easier control of the feeding process, is equipped with an LED display - Separate drive control for the main pile and the auxiliary pile - PLC and electronic cam for timing control - A foreign-object protection device can prevent machine damage - Japan Nitta conveyor belt on the feeder with adjustable speed

Die-cutting unit

Delivery

- Adjustable braking brush controlled by an AC motor helps support paper removal from the grippers and stacking of paper at higher speed with perfect stack alignment. - Stack height in the delivery unit up to 1350 mm max. - Photoelectric device to prevent excessive rising or falling of the paper stack - Sheets in the stack can be counted by an optical sensor (standard), and this unit can be integrated with a device for inserting paper tabs into the stack (optional). This makes it easier to remove unprinted sheets and to pack them. - The entire machine can be set up using a 10.4-inch touchscreen monitor on the rear side - An auxiliary conveyor grid facilitates configuring the unit as a non-stop delivery.

Electrical equipment
