Automatic feeder

The Autoprint Repetto 80 is equipped with an automatic feeder that ensures smooth, trouble-free feeding of a wide range of sheets in the thickness range of 0.1–0.6 mm. The suction device separates and lifts the sheets precisely from the outer edge, while a mechanical device loads the sheet onto the feed table by pulling it across the feed brushes. All of this takes place in continuous operation. The machine is equipped with a motorized stacker for smooth up-and-down movement of the pile. The feeder section is also equipped with a pre-loading unit, which allows a second pile to be prepared for the machine, all without interrupting operation. This reduces machine downtime and increases efficiency.

Feed table

The positioning plate is equipped with the necessary drive wheels, brushes and guide bars to ensure smooth, trouble-free feeding of sheets with a thickness of 0.1–0.6 mm. Side lays on both sides of the feed table, before the sheets are transferred to the grippers on the gripper bar, ensure precise sheet positioning. The front lay is adjustable in lateral movement by up to 1.5 mm, and the front register is adjustable within the range of 3–8 mm.

Double-sheet and skew detection

The machine is equipped with sensors for detecting double sheets and skew, preventing a problematic sheet from being fed into the die-cutting unit. If an error occurs, feeding automatically stops immediately and a warning message with information about the error is shown on the touchscreen display.

Advanced technology integrated into the pre-programmable software allows the machine to be operated simply by pressing buttons.
