Computer-controlled clamshell press for hot foil stamping. It can perform die-cutting or hot foil stamping. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC, which can check, monitor and display error messages. The result is very simple operation for the operator. The electrically heated plates have 4 (TY-800) or 5 (TY-930) heating zones. The temperature of each zone is automatically controlled and displayed on a screen. The temperature range is from 0 to 2,000°C. The machine can cycle in continuous mode or perform individual cycles in step mode. It can also remain open or closed. A dwell time under pressure or when open can also be set.
