First cutter: uses upper and lower blades for cutting and sets the blades to the correct position. Cutting is performed at high speed with high precision. Waste is automatically removed onto the conveyor belt.
High-quality collecting device: automatically collects the material after the first cut and then moves the board to the next step for cutting in the other direction. Fully automatic collecting device for each cutting step, which saves considerable transfer time.
Second cutter: cuts the board to the correct size with upper and lower blades. In the meantime, waste edges/trimmings are automatically cleared.
